When talking about personal fitness coaching it’s important to think about a program that is not just going to take away your precious time and hard earned money, but also provide some decent results in the long run. Thousands of video courses have invaded the internet lately, promising people to help them achieve their goals and dreams with just five to ten minutes a day workout. While this is better then nothing, you are not going to see any results soon enough if you believe all those programs. On the other hand, if you are the person looking to change something in your life then you should be looking for a program that might sooner or later change everything and this is what we are going to talk about in this introductory post.

No need to worry if most of the programs that you have tried before didn’t provide the promised or expected results. The most important part of this fitness coaching game is never to give up. Actually, it’s crucial to understand that no matter how hard one tries, it’s necessary to always move forward and to continue searching for a fitness coaching program that suits you better. We are all individual personalities and complaining that something doesn’t work the way it should is just a little bit stupid in my opinion. I’ve tried several video and audio coaching programs for fitness lately and manage to confirm once again how weak and ineffective most of them really are. You better learn more about how to do those exercises from books!

I’ve met a good friend lately that wanted to start some kind of home based video fitness coaching program that has been advertised intensively on TV, radio and the internet. Everyone is fond of it. Everyone is looking for “My Fitness Coaching” because there is such a fuss around this. This program was another good reason for us to write this post here on personalfitnesscoaching.com. One has to understand that no matter how performant and well designed that program really is, it still depends on your own motivational issues, on your determination and commitment to go on, to wake up each and every morning and to do that warm-up, stretching, breathing and other kind of exercises that are highly recommended.

We are not trying to say that you are a weak person and won’t make it. Our goal here is to try and open the eyes of those that rely absolutely one hundred percent on the effectiveness of those really nice video or 3d fitness coaching programs. Yes, I agree that it’s nice to be able to have your own virtual fitness trainer showing you what should be done and when, but please bare in mind that without developing your inner strength you won’t make it even one week. It doesn’t really matter if you are doing it on your own without anyone telling you what to do, going to a gym or even having your private assistant mentoring you. It’s all about having the required physical and mental motivation constantly adding up in order to succeed!
